Minority Rights of IDO

IDO (Integrated  Development Organization) is deeply committed to the protection and promotion of minority rights, recognizing that social justice and equality cannot be achieved if marginalized groups continue to face systemic exclusion. In Bangladesh, minority communities—including religious, ethnic, and caste-based groups such as Dalits—often experience multiple layers of discrimination in employment, education, land rights, political participation, and access to social services. For fisher folk who also belong to minority groups, this marginalization is even more acute.
